What this site is

Remote Desi is an index of remote job postings published by employers, with our assessment of whether each posting is open to applicants located in India. It is an information service, not a recruiter, agent or employer.

No guarantees

• A verdict is our reading of the posting's text at the time shown. Employers change postings and policies without notice. Always confirm eligibility with the employer before investing time.
• Pay figures are reproduced from the employer's posting only. We do not estimate, convert or verify them.
• Postings may close before we notice. Links go to the employer's page, which we do not control.

Applications

We never submit an application for you and never ask for your login details to any employer or job board. Anyone claiming to apply on your behalf using this site's name is not us.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others; the data belongs to the employers anyway.
• Do not submit false reports or sign up addresses that are not yours.

Employers and job boards

We show postings with attribution and a link to the original. If you would like a posting or your company removed, see the Takedown page; we act within 48 hours.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including a wrong verdict or a missed opportunity.
